The Horse-Spawn, also known as the Grazers or the horse nomads, are human horse riders.

The home of the Horse-Spawn is to the west of Dragon Pass, in the Grazelands.
The Horse-Spawn are seldom seen without their horses. They claim to be descendants of the centaurs, and kin to horses.
The Horse-Spawn worship Yelm, the Bad Emperor, as their main god, who is also Orlanth's worst enemy.
They have a habit of taking anything that moves as thralls.
