While it is good to have warriors, a wise tribe also makes sure to have a few peace clans which can help keep its people fed. This is one such clan, devoted as they are to Ernalda. Unlike other Orlanthi, they also honor Flamal, and a good way to get on their good side.

Event Dialogue[]
“ | When your emissaries go to <the vineyard/Flamal Clan>, it is the Earth Priestess, not the chief, who does the talking. "Everyone comes here to worship at our temple to Ernalda and Flamal, and to drink our holy wine. We are already respected and influential. To make it worthwhile to join a tribe, the other clans would have to fortify the temple against invaders. We would require the Ernalda and Asrelia seats on the tribal ring. We would specify a certain level of sacrifices to our goddess.
1. Abandon negotiations. |

Consequences[]
Another clan that doesn't seem to bring much to the table, but realize they do tend to have plenty of food when it comes to trading.
- Fortifying their temple is a good first step to get them to join. The better the defense, they more pleased they are. You can decide the level: 1. Fencing 2. A trench 3. A stone wall. The better the defense, the more goods you spend, but the better pleased they are.
- Sharing the secret versions of their myths will displease this clan, but you should try to get something out of this clan. If you don't have them already, you can decide whether they should give up the Ernalda Feeds the Tribe or the Uralda's Blessing myths, or both of them.
- Any clan loves having certain tribal seats reserved for them. The Asrelia seat is an easy give. You may wish to hold off on the Ernalda one since at least one other clan may wish to have it.
- A possible tipping point, if you specify how many sacrifices other clans owe can be a make-or-break deal. You will then get the option to choose how many goods between 1-50. Too much will dismay other clans from joining, but not enough will have <vineyard/Flamal clan> want other concessions.
- One other way to sway this clan is to give them gifts. The more cattle/goods you give, the better the reception.
- If the discussion goes nowhere, or you decide this clan isn't worth the effort, you can always abandon negotiations. Any gifts you gave earlier remain with the <X>.
